    Someone please answer this… OK the diet is listed on her site day by day instructions but the only day it says to eat the soup is day one.. The second day it says “eat nothing but vegetables”

    Is it safe to assume we must eat the soup all seven days in ADDITION to those other things?Just want to be 100% clear on this it seems very easy..Im not a big meat eater and this cant be anymore unhealthy than how I already eat.I know im not getting all my nutrients.

    it is healthy except chiken broth and canned tomatoes. i would substiute it with fresh organic tomatoes and some spices.

    I’ve made this soup in the past only I didn’t add the bell pepper, garlic and celery. I didnt think it was all that good back then but I am going try it again the way you made it. It looks more flavorful! Thanks for sharing!
