100 Pounds Before and After Weight Loss
I want to say thank you to all my subbies! you guys have motivated me in so many ways and I dont think I would have been able to do it without you guys! Thank you so much for being so supportive. lord have mercy give up my soda i did for six months and i didnt see a change so i started back drinking it be cuz i have lupus i think its always the meds eating two packs of cracker at 1am is not helping ok i know God bless u
