    Alright, I’ve been a personal trainer for the last 10 years so I figured I’d shed some light on how to lose fat.

    Step 1: Educate yourself and stop falling for the scams. I recommend that all my clients read Kyle Leon’s program.

    If you don’t take the time to read that, then you’re not serious about it.

    Now for some quick tips.

    1) Cut carbs at night

    2) Eat only natural foods (lean meats, fruits, veggies)

    3) Do “HIIT” training

    @VannaCuppycake13 Starvation Mode is overly exagerated. If you need 3000 calories a day for your BMR and you keep your intake at 1500 your metabolism isn’t going to stop just like that. Sure, it will slow down, but it takes weeks and even months for the body to adjust.

    @LindaMcGrad I agree, it’s true that if you eat less calories your body will start getting accostumed to it and you won’t be losing lbs. So people don’t do it, and don’t even try starving because your body will go into starving mode and try saving whatever fat it can.
    Carbs do make you gain weight, I’ve gained like 5 lbs. in a matter of days, since Thanksgiving I’ve been eating so many rolls and pie and since then carbs have been coming out of nowhere. Ima definitely cut the carbs for now!!

    @CherryL214 I felt what you really feel now, sis. I also did a lot of diet method but it seems that it just didn’t work out! But I found this site WeightLossAction.Info and found some diet programs there. It was actually amazing! I am now in 127lbs. I lost 63lbs in just 2weeks. I hope in a few short weeks, you’ll get our same result!
