    Hi Marie! I’m Riley, I’m a personal trainer. I like to scroll through these videos and give out helpful tips to young girls like yourself. First of all, loosing 6-7lbs a week isn’t remotely healthy. It will cause you to bounce right back afterwards. A realistic goal is 1-2lbs a week (If you’re smart and work hard you can easily do two) and its a healthy goal as well. This video gives a lot of great suggestions, for general guide lines. Just use common sense; work out two days, rest one, repeat.
