    I agree man, sumo wrestlers are in fact more healthy (in all aspects) than most avg looking obese person. they may look obese but they have tremendous strength, flexibility and stamina. their blood samples are as healthy as a fit person. Although they eat a lot and have a different pattern of eating… they do a lot of training and exercise…

    the presenter’s analogy with the sumo’s diet is completely irrelevant… he doesnt know what he’s talking about (with regards to sumo)

As for diabetes, you dont need to be fat to get that. My dad is 215 pounds, has type 1 diabetes, hes not fat. Care to try again? And make it readible if you do.

They excersize for like 5 hours a day, this consists of pushups, squats, throws, rolls, and if you dare to speak up about being tired, you get a mouth filled with dirt or salt.     no that isn’t true. as the vast majority of people on low fat raw vegan diets will tell you from personal experience, many of whom eat thousands of calories more than they burn. If a calorie was simply a calorie, then there would be no such thing as fat or carbs. The body treats them differently.

    don’t assume we know every detail about the human body and how it works. clearly, we have a lot to learn.
