    This is just a great vid! love it!
    I’ve read in a book that the most important thing you have to do if you want to lose weight is to acelerate your methabolism, a good way to do itis to have 5 small meals instead of just 3.
    BTW if someone wants the link to that book is on my profile, it’s free to download.
    Also remember to drink much water, that will clean your whole system. and never skip breakfast!!!!!

I’ve heard many amazing things about it and my sister lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me 🙁

    Diet Plan called Kinovelax Diet Plan kept appearing here on a lot of youtube and I thought they were scams. However after my work buddy follow it, and finally lost crazy amounts of weight with it without starving herself.,I’m persuaded. Don’t take my own word for it, search for Kinovelax Diet Plan on google.

    you should also substitute skim milk or any kind of cows milk for that matter for almond, coconut or rice milk…its much healthier, the reason being skim milk is highly processed and milk solids are later added to the milk, also you are left with a lot of lactose in skim milk and lactose turns to sugar in the body (google why is skim milk bad for more info) you are probably better off with a small amount of 2% or full fat milk, but definitiely way better off with unsweetened almond milk

    Squash Soup:

    Potatoes
    Carrots
    Coliflour
    Butternut Squash
    -any other vegetable you like

    Blend together in a strong blender, and heat on stove.
    *Freezes well

    don’t juice your fruits and veggies….you just got rid of all the fiber….that’s the stuff that keeps you full and from reaching for snacks. also slows down the absorption of carbs which keeps your insulin levels from spiking

    You can eat oats cereal or fiber one cereal with skim milk. Its wholewheat filled with fiber and oats just like oatmeal but much tastier. You can also add fruits to the cereal.
