    I do agree with you-for some losing weight is actually very good for them and can help them mentally and emotionally-but not for everyone. For me, yes, I’ve noticed as I gain weight, I become both physically and mentally healthy. But I know there’s others who’re larger in size who are completely healthy. Everyone is different.

    I am sorry for your sad life though and whatever hurt you’ve felt. I know I’m lucky for my parents I love so much, but many others I love weren’t that lucky themselves.

    Okay, this is true and honest, but what about the poor person who’s on food stamps? I do try to get healthy food, but I cannot afford it all month long, only the first few days worth and then no more money and I have to if I can save the money, get two hotdogs a night from the near by gas station. – And yes, I’ve been depressed lately, being w.o a job isn’t making it any better.

    This video is BS I lost 90lbs in a course of two years and I was happier before tbh.Though losing weight will sometimes make you somewhat happier since you’ll have more confidence, if you’ve had a shitty life full of abuse,neglect,and hate it won’t matter how physically fit you are.
    It all boils down to your individual situation,how severe your depression,how you view it etc.

    To keep your brain happy, you need long chain fatty acids that are 20 and 22 carbon atoms long, such as DHA and EPA, which are both omega-3 fats. Herbivores, such as zebras and cows, are really good at up converting the fatty acids in plants. We have short digestive systems and we do a poor job of this, which is one reason why vegans often suffer from depression.

    The best you can get from plants are fatty acids that are only 18 carbon atoms long.
