    There’s such a difference between red, orange and yellow bell peppers and the green ones. The colorful ones are so much more flavorful and maybe a little sweeter than the green ones. Love that dish, fix it all the time.

    lol…it is healthy but just as fattening as canola or vegetable oil or even butter….at 120 calories per tablespoon..lol it can add up fast! so yeah….very fattening

    I’m sorry you felt you had to disable comments for your previous video FitChat: Homemade Salad Dressing + Healthy Dinner Recipe. I suspect it was bc of the choice of meat. While I don’t eat red meat and the only meat I do eat is seafood, I think it’s a pity that people are so self absorbed and narrow minded that they can’t respect diff cultures and preferences.     those portions are nowhere near large! and if people did some research, they’d find they have much more freedom to eat more foods when you’re cutting out all those processed carbs, and sticking to veggies and meat, and occasional fruits. when you eat only real food, you can eat what you want!
