    Hi! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you ever tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I’ve heard many amazing things about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me 🙁

    Thanks for this video, I try and do the right things and it’s really hard when you live with a lot of smaller people who eat and buy whatever they like and It’s always in your face. But the end of the video really made me see that I have to take responsibility for my health and stop using the excuse that everybody in the house is eating things I know I should not. Thanks again.

    @vintagepremoon You don’t have to ‘live hungry’ to lose weight. If you just eat less, then you’ll probably lose muscle tone and have lower energy levels – plus, constant hunger for life is so unappealing and it’s difficult to maintain will-power. I prefer to eat as much food as I want to feel satisfied, but 90% of what I eat is packed with nutrition that my body needs. Now, I have the energy to exercise and build muscle – and the muscle in turn burns more calories and helps me drop body fat.

    I’ve been a personal trainer for about 12 years now so I’ll shed some light on the topic. People really seem to over-complicate things!

    HOW TO LOSE FAT

    1) Avoid high GI foods (they trigger fat storage)

    2) Eat frequent, nutrient dense meals (every 3 hours)
    – include a protein source with each meal

    3) Follow the nutrition plan from the “Fat Loss Customized” program (I can’t provide a meal plan here)

    4) Perform interval training to boost your metabolism.

    I don’t totally agree with everything she says. I have a healthy sense of balance and skepticism; however, I really only listened at first because she’s attractive but after a couple of videos she certainly made a solid case for her points which correlate with the majority of nutritionalists. Lower the processed foods, exercise, and eat in moderation and get enough sleep. Yeah sleep, if you’re tired your body craves refined carbs or for coffee addicts caffeine to help stimulate the brain.

    @muhammadatiqkhanmak You dont need the gym. Running, push ups, sit ups, squats, leg raises, pull ups, etc can all be done with out the gym. Body weight exercises are definitely the best for losing weight.

    Hi, you don’t mention how much cardio you do. You need to do at least 40 minuites 4-5 times a week to shed your excess belly fat.

    hi i need your help..i workout 3 times a week on my belly..i do cardio too..and i dont eat fast food..only once every 2 weeks..i drink lots of water..but i still cant lose my belly fat..it is not big but i want it flat..my lower abs are hard to get rid off.i do a lot of different types of exercises to target those areas but i dont seem to be losing inches in my waist line…i need your help..

    Smaller plates are probably the easiest and most effective thing you can do to reduce your intake long term.

    Hi, you will still be able to increase muscle mass if you do regular cardio as long as you don’t cut your calories. If you don’t do cardio and just lift, you can put on excess fat and your muscle wouldn’t be as ripped looking as it may be covered by excess fat. You also want to keep your heart and lungs in shape which you cannot do with weight training alone.

    you said to use cardio and strength training to boost metabolism right?
    would if per say, you wanna increase muscle mass, but yet you have a high metabolism and yet you do strength training(meaning lifting or benching A.K.A. working out). How would you do cardio? wouldn’t that interlace the strength training and reduce body mass?
