Sorry for the crappy webcam quality. I been having difficulties with my camera, so webcam will do for now! Here’s my highly requested weight loss video. Again, this was how I personally lost weight.     Thank you , but it’s winter ouitside and my mom and dad ain’t gonna let me walk but in our basement i am working my self hard i want to lose 20 pounds before new years day do for the new year 2012 i am SLIM and skinny…. THNAK you so MUCH ur the best.!

    I’m 10 and this sounds stupid but I loose weight from swimming! I do competitive swimming with a club.

    I’m 5’3″-5’4″ and weight 145 or so, i have that stupid tummy pudge that doesn’t go away no matter how much you exercise or diet. It’s annoying -_-

    @burntcaramel164 actually they can because around 3 years or a bit less of jarmaines early videos (before her like oldest one) were deleted by a hacker.

    dont eat anymore bread, sugar, potatoes, pasta, etc. NO carbs. Only eat meat, fruits, veggies, and drink water. go far walks an hour a day. I did this and lost 20 pounds in a month, No lie! there’s science behind this. look up the movie “fathead” lots of science. It also debunks super size me. pretty cool stuff. dont eat more than 1800 calories a day. good luck!

    Alcohol makes you bloated because it’s not a good hydrating substance. Your body tries to retain water, so you’ll be bloated. If you drink, you’re supposed to drink twice as much water as alcohol.
