    @azumaninjay microwaves kill all the living food/nutrition in the food, so by using a microwave you eliminate any benefit from whatever foods you cooked in one. also, most microwave packaged foods are contained in plastics, and when plastics are heated they release xenohormones, specifically xenoestrogens, which turn men in to women, and women in to uberbitches.

    I really like this channels effort in trying to get people to eat healthy, but raw food can be toxic to humans. Cook your food. Even if its 60 in the microwave.

    @psychetruth I would love a video addressing the various challenges to moving off milk. Both addressing other sources of calcium and vitamin D as well as replacing it in recipees, in an affordable manner. I enjoy soy milk but it gets expensive. Also could the video include various evils of the milk industry?

    @psychetruth Well… I had this issue all of my life. Water tastes bitter to me. The more I try to down the more I get gag reflex… Been drinking teas, and …sigh… Coffee all of my life instead… Sugar sweetened 🙁 Something I wish to change…
    I would drink Juices instead, but alot of it give me a terrible heartburn…

    A dilemma and an obstacle…

    Hello. I have a question for you. How to become more slim and at the same time dont lose any weight? Do i need to eat more end do more sports? Because my weight is perfect and i am afraid if ill lose any i will get sick or something thank you.

    @polarbearanne Good point, although meat now is different– livestock is generally fed grains instead of grass, so it loses nutrients. In most factory farming, antibiotics and other chemicals are used, not to mention the animals are confined, don’t get much sun or exercise, bad living conditions, etc. Everyone’s body is different– some people need meat in their diets, others don’t. We also eat way more meat than many of our ancestors were able to hunt down, so a break from it never hurts.

    @dsmoya31410 Interesting perspective there. Detoxing is not as a bad as food poisoning, especially if you “ease in” to any changes, start by eliminating foods slowly and adding in new healthier foods. I wouldn’t recommend just starting a fast one day, you have to let your body acclimate a little.

    @R0MMAH Sounds a little odd, are you drinking filtered water? If you are drinking from the tap, that may be your problem. Also, some water is “hard” and some is “soft,” based on the concentration of minerals, you can find more info online about how to “soften” or “harden” water. Or try adding lemon/lime or even some berries to add a little flavor. Hope that helps!

    Personally I have an issue throughout my whole life… Pure water makes me pukish… The more I try to drink, chug or sip the worse it gets… Any tips how I can get past this? 🙁

    I have never tried a detox diet, but I sort of want to. The closest I ever got was getting food poisoning right before taking a trip. I eliminated everything (if you know what I mean) that was in my digestive track – it took three days! – and then I did not eat anything for a week. Afterwards, I felt much better (not as tired, etc.). This was 15 years ago, when I was in good shape already. I don’t want to get sick, but it was the best detox ever.

    You can just replace normal coffee with higher quality organic coffee(like Madre Lab’s CoffeeCeps!) or with coffee like drinks like Chaga tea, Dandy Blend etc. =)

    @Darkdragynxi plant based protein and/or amino acids are really easy to get from fruit, veg, nuts and seeds. look into hemp protein, or almonds, pecans. baby spinich is 1/2 its weight in protein. check out veganbodybuilding site for more info. may want to check out the 80/10/10 diet aka 811 diet or plan. good luck!!
