    they said fast walking melt the fat but as i can see it, it melt eveywhere else’s fat exept belly’s fat =/ !

    Hi! Thank you for this useful video. By the way, I hear lots of people keep on talking about Proladox Diet Plan, but I’m not sure if it is good. Have you tried using Proladox Diet Plan? I’ve heard several incredible things about it and my cooworker lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me 🙁

    Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I think that I must have tried every single weight loss program that was available, however eventually not one of them made it easier for me to shed and maintain the weight off.     I found this exercise really hard and it didn’t motivate me as much. I recommend you try another exercise first and then move on to this one!

    I have done this exercise since the the 1st of January and I did lose belly fat. However the outcome isn’t dramatic and you don’t get a totally fat free stomach. Maybe this is because I didn’t have much belly fat to start from 🙂
