I am starting a new thing where I blog about losing weight. I am at the start of a long journey to lose weight and get fit and healthy by eating right and exercising. I call it the “hard way” because it’s not just a quick fix for now, not a fad, and not a pill.     @xcassiegottox do you eat fast food,drink soda or eat tons of home cook meals?just because u exercise doesnt mean you lose weight….if you eat TONS of food the exercise will sort of just cancel it out(like negative and positive numbers) and keep u the same weight,another thing that might help is motivation(like he said,if you TRULY want to lose weight u will),one final thing that might help is dont care about how much you weight on a scale,i hope this help like it helped me ^^

    @VaSopheMoua girl I’m 18, 5’4″ and I WISH I weighed 148!!! I weigh 182 and I’m depressed. I weighed 150 a few years back and I was happy.

    @xcassiegottox Also, I eat healthy and drink mostly water, with the occasional glass of milk or Naked juice.

    This really inspires me. I’ve been playing DDR 4-5 days a week for about 3 weeks now, combined with some yoga and I’ve only lost a couple of pounds. I’m starting to get discouraged, but I’m going to keep going. Good things come to those who wait, right? I weigh 182 pounds and my goal is 150. Hopefully in 6 or 7 months, I will be close to my goal.

    ok so i have some weight(fat) around my abdomen area,if i do 60 jumping jacks, 50 sit ups each day,drink no soda or eat mcdonalds, and run a mile each saturday for a month will some of that fat or maybe even most of it disappear?im not trying to get a 6-pack(Although that would be nice :D),im just trying to get in shape and not be….fat

    I don’t know what to say all I can do is cry I just watch this and idk where I should start I’m 18 years old my weight is 148 I’m 5.5 feet tall and I have been big my life.and for a girl it’s hard to be over weight ppl do look at u different . I’ve been call names my whole life sometime i just want to be left alone in a boxs. my sisters and them are all skinny will not that skinny but skinner then me and they say I’ll never be skinny it makes me very sad I know where ur coming from when u s

    Also to everyone out there who just think overweight people are just lazy and eat all the time…not true. I workout everyday and watch what I eat and struggle with my weight due to pcos. If you dont know what it is look it up. People who suffer from this know what I’m talking about. But its a constant struggle.

    I suffer from poly cystic ovarian sydrome. With this weight loss is twice the struggle. I have to literally cut out sugar and its hard to find a diet that works. I’ve watched all your videos and you look great!

    Nice video! btw my brother applied this quite popular weight loss diet known as: Impact 790 Diet and got rid of 5 kgs within just a month. I don’t remember the actual website just Google it.

    @derickyura Well, I’m on Weight Watchers and the people at my local meetings are so supporative. Maybe you could join a Weight Watchers club near you? Going to the meetings really helps.

    I was 155 pounds at the beginning of this year, worked out every day, now I’m down to 110!! But goal is to be 95 pounds so 15 more to go! Cant wait :))))
