    It sounds like you’re on Body for Life. I started December 18th. I’ve dropped from 310 to 285 doing it so far. The coolest thing so far is how much strong my arms and back are. I don’t get tired as easily and I’m not as sore as much (unless I over do it on the weights). But yeah, so far so good. My goal is be under 200 by January 1st.

    Anyone struggling with their weight needs to read the new book by Kyle Leon. I’m a personal trainer and even I learned things from it. It’s really an eye opener!

    Step 1: Go to FatLossCustomized. com

    Step 2: Read the guide and actually FOLLOW IT!

    If you do that, then really, there’s no way you wouldn’t get results. The info is all there, the rest is pretty much up to you.

    PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO HELP ME: im doing a diet thing now i lose 4 kilo in like 11 days, but i want the ask if im doing good i dont eat nothing and drink only water and im eating onlyy dinner not muchh and then like 30 minutes after that im going to workout in my room a step fitness thing and every time 990 calories im burning

    HASfit has a bunch of workouts that do not require any weights, for example check out the Coach Kozak’s Famous Cardio Kickboxing Workout. If you want to make your own weights, then I’d suggest either using canned food or water bottles. You can fill the water bottles with water or sand. Just make sure you have equal weight in each hand! Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
