    Great´╗┐ info, and yea, losing weight is not easy, but it’s POSSIBLE. The think is that there is soo many OTHER ways to lose weight. For example, my favourite is dancing to the music I love (2h/day). Or playing soccer with my kids.. there is so many funny and simple methods out there, and you don’t even need to spend hours in gym. I lost about 30 pounds already. All those methods I discovered at w w w weightlossdatabase.info <- this membership site is simply amazing and has some unique ways.

    what the heck, fasting has been´╗┐ done for more than 100 years? 100 YEARS? fasting is the medicine of the ancient times is older than adam and even to put it that way. fasting to lose weight but it cleans your brain and body, detox but whats the point if you get back into junk food.

    @Teenscenequeen98 I recommend eat every 3-4 hours… obviously in small quantities,´╗┐ it makes your body from storing less´╗┐´╗┐ fat.

    If your body does not get food in more than 4-5 hours will go into “red alert”…. storing more fat than normal!!
