    I think it was very informative and the soup actually looks really good and tasteful. I’ve attempted to make a cabbage soup recipe I found on the net without a video with instructions. It was horrible& I canned the whole thing. I think I will try your version. I can see myself eating that.

    a good tip, avoid bananas, this fruit is like eating just sugar! it won’t help you to lose weight, also reduce the amount of calories you ingest and increase the amount of meals, what I mean is instead of have just 3 meals have 5 small meals, do at least 30 min of exercise, at lest walk!

    skipping meals the body enters in starvation mode then you over eatin the next meal and then you GAIN WEIGHT!!!

    @l544jkl I can’t agree with you! The best way to lose weight is to do 5 or 6 small meals a day besides there are many to enjoy all foods and lose weight at the same time in a totally healthy way, a doctor told me that!
    Actually the link to his method is on my profile’s description, I followed his full method and lost tooooo much weight! I’m happy now 🙂
