    Hey, have you tried “Belly Fat Blaze” (search on Google for it)? On their website you can watch a helpful free video. It made it easier for Rebecca to reduce her stomach fat. I hope it will work for you as well.

    Olive oil isn’t very healthy for you if you cook it. It’s better to use it as dressing on salads. Instead, you can use coconut oil; way healthier

    i eat small portions through out the day and drink every time i swallow my food too!! maybe that’s why i’m skinny :/

    Dont say its scary that Unnie is so skinny. She obviously has an ectomporph body so its hard for her to gain much weight. She is naturally skinny. XD i envy your body type Unnie, but im a mesomorph so it isnt possible to be so thin for me..

    it’s so funny because rice is actually very bad for not gaining weight, but you’re one of the skinniest girls <3 :') So lucky them korean genetics yeah? 😉 My chinese ones don't help me much- still gotta work hard!
