    I had headaches and felt sleepy all the time after I gave up dairy, but it only lasted for like 2-3 weeks. In my case, it was just detox diet symptoms.

    Maybe in your case it’s just the fact that you switched to a different diet, and it may take some time to get used to it. It might last for a few weeks. Anyways, if it lasts for more than 1 or 2 months, I don’t know… Maybe you should go see a doctor.

    Harley, got a question mate. I’ve been raw & high carb for months now but have just gone totally 80/10/10 the past couple days and for the past couple of weeks I’ve had this strange feeling in my head. It’s sort of like a headache but it feels more internal, like my brain is under pressure or something. It’s enough to affect my focus throughout the day. I’m supplementing with vit. D3 (vegan) due to a deficiency, 10,000 IU daily for the past 3-4 days so far. Any thoughts?

    Ya know Harley I know you’re telling the truth about eating tons of carbs makes you thin, but its so hard to swallow and the reason it is so hard to swallow is bc society and the meat and dairy industry has been shoving it down our throat that in order to lose weight you have to go high fat/low carb. It’s going to take some time, but I think everyone is going to come around to your philosophy. They’ll have to or they’ll be sick and dying. Thanks for the inspiration!

    We eat em but keep em for rare occasions these days as we are not that active. If your doing 10hours + cardio a week then you can handle some extra fat grams in your daily diet otherwise, less overts the better.

    That’s akin to deprivation to lose weight…Just eat as much fresh fruit and salad as you can and be active. No gimmicks. Take your mind off doing anything to “lose weight.” Put it on eating right and being active.
