    The video is very real. Not many people out there stick to particular diet but still be fit and healthy. Be active, live balanced and choose healthy food. I was struggling with diet and thought it was so unfair cause I worked out so hard, I limited my favorite food while others not but they still look better than me. Thanks to Gabriel method, I realize my mistake
