Weight Loss Before And After Pics

Hi everyone! I’ve recently lost 80lbs and I’m still going. I’m posting this video of my before and after pics in hopes that it will inspire others to lose weight and feel better about themselves. I still have 40 pounds to go but my life has changed dramatically for the better already. Losing weight is always hard and diets suck. I finally found a diet that works for me and is easy to stick to and it immediately started to change my life. Now I’m getting thin and happy. I have a better life now. I think it’s important to pick a diet that works for YOU, because if you don’t stick with it you won’t lose weight anyway. I love food. I’m totally addicted to food, lol. So many people like me have a food addiction or are emotional eaters. Emotional eating is a hard habit to break. I’m not sure it is even possible to break but you can still lose weight through diet and exercise even before ending emotional eating. I don’t like counting calories for weight loss. It’s too hard. I’m happy on the diet I’m on because I don’t count calories and exercise is optional. I do like to exercise though so it’s not a issue. However, some days I don’t want to exercise so I don’t and I still lose weight. My weight loss is coming pretty easy because I’m on a diet I can stick with. Sometimes my emotional eating and food addiction still gets the best of me but I just get back on my diet again the next day. Soon I’ll be at my goal weight and that is going to feel incredible! I really hope to inspire

congrats dude! very proud of you! if you dropped the mc d’s you’d probably would of reached your goal weight by now. there is no nutrition in that crap don’t eat it!!! I’m surprised your doing all that hard work in the gym and still eating mcdonalds and have learned nothing about nutrition! my hat off to you, now u just gotta learn to maintain the weight loss and seriously stop eating junk food altogether. it does nothing for u but fill u with salt bad fats etc etc

I have lost about 85 pounds five years ago – quite quickly as you did.I gained them
all back .No surprise, since most overweeighted people have made this experience.
I am now dieting again and I know it must be a diet for the rest of my life if
I want to get and especially STAY slim.
And I am doing it because I have had a triple bypass and it is very dangerous
    for me being overweighted.
So to all dieting people : never go back to the candy bars and french fries,
    if it shall work .

Hi There, thanks for posting this video and for giving inspiration to many.
Weight loss is very difficult but it can be done.
If you think that you have fallen off the wagon, do not lose hope and blame yourself. Think of it as a mistake that cannot be avoided but can be learned from. Just do what you think is right. A few more days and you will get used to the healthy daily diet. Keep doing it for yourself or for your loved ones.
