    great tip! will utilize when im in a stage post op that i can actually eat substance, lol.
    tip for you, not sure you dont know, but maybe you can share….LIQUIDS: pour into a clean (or sprayed with cooking oil) ICE CUBE TRAY. freeze, separate by how ever many it takes to make a serving (easiest way to find out is to measure a serving before hand when freezing). store in small zip-lock bags. when you want to heat it up, just get one, and heat it up either via stove, or microwave. 🙂 MICHELLE
