If you really want to lose fat,You only have to follow these simple rules:
-Set a Goal.
-Workout at least 3 times a week with WEIGTHS.
-Eat Healthful and 1.2gr protein X Lean Body Weigth.
-Cut Back On calories and aim to lose 1-3 lbs every week.
-Stay focused and Keep track of your progress every week.

change your diet and run or play sports and you will lose fat. food is actually the most important when it comes to losing fat.

Great exercises!! I’ve been doing all kinds of ab exercises in gym, and it’s starting to show the results, but it takes A LOT of time, so i’ll be doing those from now on 🙂 I do have a lot of belly fat so do you have any advice on losing fat without any supplements?
