Diet Plan called Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it) kept showing up here on different youtube videos and I thought they were scam. However after my mate follow it, and finally lost a ton of weight with it without starving herself., I’m persuaded. Don’t take my word for it, search for Kinovelax Diet Plan on the internet.

Cutting the nut out of mango is irritating but i would imagine its good. I like celery with a dash of spirulina. Spirulina is so strong.

Its okay to juice oranges with a citrus juicer, but when you do it with a juicer you can keep the white part of the orange =)

yeah mango is not a high juice yielding fruit, but it’s dang good for you! Keeping the skin on is fine, and you can even juice oranges with the pale on as well but it will effect the taste. I hope you didn’t toss in the pit of the mango into the juicer. Large pits are a big no no in any juicer.
Well its a jack so if the motor is died you can send it back and get a new one.
