    @l544jkl I can’t agree with you! The best way to lose weight is to do 5 or 6 small meals a day besides there are many to enjoy all foods and lose weight at the same time in a totally healthy way, a doctor told me that!
    Actually the link to his method is on my profile’s description, I followed his full method and lost tooooo much weight! I’m happy now 🙂

    *NOTE FOR FIRST TIME TOFU BUYERS* For this recipe, please use Firm or Extra Firm Tofu. For best results, drain the excess water and cover the tofu with paper towels (top and bottom) and put heavy things on it. Do this before cutting the vegetables. That way it will take out more excess water from the tofu and less time to cook;)

    This recipe is amazing!!!! Its VEGAN and delicious! I added some kale that was in the fridge and it turned out great! It tastes like my step mothers fish soup. Just add more water, broth, and fish. Though i am a vegetarian, im sure it will taste great either way! Thanks Julia

However after my friend follow it, and finally lost plenty of weight with it without starving herself., I’m persuaded. Don’t take my word for it, search for Kinovelax Diet Plan on google.
