    mostly muscle growth ( i do this everday ) and i have lost weight but gained muscle 🙂 , if you really wan’t to just burn fat do what this guy says trust me it will work. it takes time though it kinda sucks but in the end it’s worh it

    if you are working out say 5 days a week ( heavy weights ) you should be eating at least 4 meals a day. Before training have carbs and after traning just have protein and low low low carb meals ( if you can eliminate those carbs its better)

    From my own personal experience, I have found everything you said in this vid to be very valuable and absolutely true. My favorite tip in this vid. is exercise first thing in the morning. It has always allowed me to be on top of my game for the rest of the day. It literally sets the rhythm of my day and does not allow room for error, distractions, things that may change my mood, or anything else that could dampen or cancel the days workout. Now, if I can only produce less Ghrelin.
