    I’d probably stay away from too much mangos as they are high in pesticides. Mangos are treated several times with pesticides as early as when the flower first appears. You can do some research to confirm this, but my wife’s family harvests them so they know that to be a fact. Some mangos are not treated with pesticides but those are usually the ones that the locals eat, usually not fit for export.

    just swallow it whole, then your body has to work harder ti digest it! Also, if you choke while swallowing it, recovering (if successful) from choking burns calories too!
