where do cows or gorillas or chimpanzees get there protein? Plant based sources but in very large quantities. I recommend talking to the aforementioned vegan at the gym, or looking into fruitarianism or different types of algea. Either way, i commend you for flirting with the idea of veganism

Thinking you were probably doing something wrong at the gym for the first 4 years and possibly over training, teaching your body to actually store fat. Im curious about the vegan diet tho. One of the strongest natural guys at the gym is 100% vegan but Im just unsure how to get enough protein in my diet that way without eating too much soy..

2:28 – the exercise that promises to leave you without a hourglass shaped waist, or the little waist you have. weird how many females do it, and look at Madonna after overexercising and doing that, too- she has the body of a man, straight like a pole. she looked better when she was younger, with that hourglass shape she had. the point is not only to build muscles, but to shape your body in the most feminine and sexy way. a woman without a waist is not feminine.

Well there’s some truth and some inaccuracy there…
If you don’t murder yourself every time you’re at the gym, you don’t tend to see results. If you don’t improve your diet when you have a crap one, you don’t tend to see results… At least that’s the type of logic I come across when I’m roaming about the internet.

You don’t cook them, you buy them raw or grow them. buy them here: gotsprouts . And eat them like salad.

The best source of protein is sunflower , pea and buckwheat sprouts. Cut them up put some olive oil. In one meal you will get 3 times the amount of protein you get from Standard American diet. Chew your sprouts. Don’t drink anything 15 min before meal and 1:30 hour after.
