    @MsReenSham no pills are healthy (even the ones that are promoted as herbal/healthy – its not a natural source its a tablet), its serious dedication, sweat, pain and sometimes tears that will take you where you want to go, its a lifetyle change for life but it doesnt mean you cant have the things you want just in moderaton. Never eat more than you can burn off, remember that and you cant go wrong, good luck x

    I’ve lost 50 lbs since March 2011. I am in the gym working my tail off 4-5 days a week for an hour +, and I keep my diet in check. No white rice, white flour or refined white sugar. Weight loss is about a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. Congrats to the ladies here who did it naturally….and not with GB surgery and tummy tucks.

    Congratulations to the people in the video! My whole life, Ive been big. 3.5 weeks ago I decided to join the gym and work out 4-5 times per week with a personal trainer and eat healthy. Now just after 3 weeks, Ive already dropped a size in jeans and feeling better. Ive set my goal that i want to keep dropping off the weight for another 8 weeks! Dream body for summer, here I come! haha

    @xOhLookItsAMYx some of those are.. anorexic.. girls, but, okay, the weight number isn’t always the matter. I don’t care HOW much I weigh, just as long as I like the way i look. Well, now i’m 125, which theres tons of girls that look fine at that weight, but my legs are super fat, like, my calves are 15″ around and i’m like 5’4. so i’m trying to lose weight (also fat on my stomach), so i can feel more confident. i dont care the # i end up on, as long as I like it

    @gab0428 Yep. It’s about finding what works for you. Try talking to your general dr. My obgyn suggested to me to watch my calories so I’ve been doing that since last Aug and have lost about 20 lbs. Today I was able to wear some old jeans of mine comfortably. 🙂 I used to slip and slide too but if you make realistic goals that’s helped me a lot too to keep going. 🙂
