im currently in the process of losing my baby weight. my son is almost 4 months old. i was 130 pre pregnancy, delivered at 191 and am currently 152 🙂 almost there! all i do is eat healthy,run 20-60 minutes a day and like 2 times a week do a workout video. you can buy into all those diets and weight loss cure alls but in the end healthy eating and exercise is what works.

I don’t think sugar is the issue, I’ve lost thirty pounds in the last four months and I drank a coke every morning… Pretty sure just easing up on calories and exercising will do it. PROBLEM IS… THAT’S CHEAP ADVICE, NO PROFIT FROM MILLIONS OF DESPERATE FAT PEOPLE. Seriously, don’t sell me anything, I can do this for free XP
Would be more inspiring if most of these people actually had followed an exercise and diet routine. Obviously most have taken the easy route with surgery.
These people look GREAT…. Truly amazing, the only thing though Is I question if 3:50 and 3:52 are the same person because the hair, face, (and of course weight!) look TOTALLY different!!!!

Wow, very inspiring and well done to everyone featured in this vid. It is a hard road i’ve travelled in small steps since April 2009 but not impossible. The feeling you get is unbeleivable when seeing your own achievement. This has encouraged me to continue on to the goal i set for myself and not give up…

I’ve been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I’m a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat “low glycemic” carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
4) Perform high intensity interval training.
