A good surprise to me! My kind of “diet” contains seaweed, avocado, honey, lenses, seeds, beans, vegetables, fruits and berries, and I haven’t went ill for ages (not even caught a cold or flu). I also drink tea everyday (white/herbal in the morning, green at daytime and red during the evening). Maybe I should continue like this, and add some coconut. 😀

How come you dont have fruits? like apple, oranges, also things like lime.. and also missing stuff like brown rice or natural oats..and i feel spices r important like turmeric, pepper etc.

I actually ate all of that already based mostly on Bible diet(not religious). It’s good advice. I would argue against lettuce though, doesn’t break down properly in the system. Kale is amazing, just…boil it…if you want to try putting it in your mouth. I’ve never seen something that tastes so bad, boil it, then tastes so amazingly good. It’s ridiculous.
Corrina, can you make a video discussing the differences in honey? I’m questioning those crystalline texture such as in cold packed honey. Creamy Wildflower looks like snow, does that mean the less viscous golden honey in a bear is the same thing only heated
